· Perform a variety of day-to-day activities, as it relates to preparing, processing compensation data, salary survey submission, supporting annual merit and incentive planning, job descriptions and pay analyses.
· Works closely with all levels of management to manage the communication and policies of the compensation program; develops and recommends compensation policies and procedures.
· Participate in compensation surveys and remain abreast of changes and trends in the field of compensation.
· Designs and conducts compensation surveys; participates in compensation surveys conducted by other companies and organizations; benchmarks positions and salaries throughout the organization.
· Compiles and analyzes data to adjust the salary structure
· Bachelor’s degree and a minimum five years of experience in a compensation management role, required. HR Generalist background and global compensation is a plus.
