Job Summary
Colonial Pipeline Company is searching for a dedicated Compensation Plans Manager based in our corporate office in Alpharetta, GA. The Compensation Plans Manager manages the design, review, implementation, and administration of all compensation programs. The position performs complex level work which includes: position classifications, compensation projects, compensation trends, and benchmark data. Ensures Colonial maintains efficient and effective systems and practices for compensation administration, keeping up to date on current trends, tool, and systems. Partners with People Technology team to implement and maintain system integrity for compensation administration. Researches and conducts compensation analytical studies and provides recommendations to support Colonial’s compensation philosophy, business needs and goals to ensure competitive positioning to attract and retain top talent and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Collaborates across the company to provide knowledgeable and experienced consultative and analytical support. Serve as SME on compensation program management and administration, handle issues with large scope and higher levels of complexity, sensitivity and/or visibility with the organization. This individual will demonstrate strong experience in Executive Compensation plans and Board preparation.
Minimum Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting or related

7 years progressive experience in Compensation

Advanced Excel skills
Preferred

2-5 year of analytical budgets, benefits and compensation experience.

MBA

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) coursework or SPHR, PHR

Workday, Halogen, Comp Analyst
Physical Requirements
Work is frequently performed in a typical office environment. Visual acuity to read and prepare reports and documentation. Digital dexterity for operation of PC Keyboard and mouse. Ability to communicate in order to understand instructions, convey information and receive information.
