The Opportunity
We are seeking a Compensation Director to join our client's Compensation team. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for leading the design, development, implementation and delivery of a complex compensation structure for a large Fortune 500 global corporation.
- The Global Compensation Director will design and implement salary classifications and incentive programs that encompasses all non-executive levels of the organization, prepare policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation, manage annual compensation review process and other compensation initiatives including cash bonus plans.
- In addition, this role will be responsible for analyzing and benchmarking current programs against best practices, create marketing solutions, influence change and develop and execute effective communication strategies across international platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, MBA highly preferred, a minimum of 7+ years of compensation administration and management experience, global mobility and expatriate experience, policy, compensation cost projects and experience designing and leading compensation programs.
- SAP implementation, Access, Pay Factors experience helpful
- CCP certification preferred
