Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and propose recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; with ability to communicate complex ideas/information related to compensation
- Ability to work with external vendors and identify issues to be escalated
- Flexible and proactive problem solver
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in progressive compensation experience required
- HRIS system experience preferred
