The experienced Benefits and Compensation Manager we seek will administer the employee benefit programs in a manner that is mutually advantageous to both the employees and the medical center.

Requirements:

•           Bachelor’s degree

•           5+ years experience in a benefits and compensation position of significant decision making responsibility, to include supervisory responsibilities

•           Broad knowledge of the Employee Benefit field

•           Knowledge and experience with Accounting practice and insurance principals

•           High degree of communication and social skills
