My client is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to work out of their Macon, GA office. This is a FT position that can start immediately. The salary ranges from $80K - $130K depending on experience. My client is willing to pay relocation costs for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages, directs, and controls the daily operation of the Benefits and Compensation.
- Design, implementation, communication, measurement and revision, administration, staff supervision and management of all Health, Welfare, and Retirement and Compensation plans.
- Evaluate the benefit plans of acquisition candidates, determines and executes integration strategy, including communication to employees of the newly acquired entities.
- Work closely on a daily basis with the other members of the HR Department to provide services which maximize the Human Capital.
- Actively participates in presentations to Administration, Department Management, Supervisors, and staff to communicate benefits and compensation philosophy and programs.
- Stays abreast of Best Practices, plan, design and communication techniques.
- Manages the communication and management of the wage and salary structure, premium pay and incentive plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
- Master degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration strongly preferred.
- Five or more year’s compensation experience with progressive leadership/management experience required.
- Five years’ experience in a compensation department of a healthcare institution strongly preferred.
- SPHR or Professional Certifications in Compensation preferred.
