Kennesaw State University is seeking a Compensation Specialist who will be responsible for administering institutional compensation and benefits programs. Individual will evaluate and analyze salary data, determine pay grades, and conduct or participate in compensation surveys. Successful candidate will conduct job evaluations and may serve on job evaluation committees and will create and maintain job descriptions according to established classification structure. Individual will also assist in administering institutional benefit program policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Undergraduate degree and 5 years of related experience in Human Resources OR High School diploma and 7 years HR experience.
