She represents clients in the areas of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, ERISA compliance, COBRA administration, compliance with the privacy rule under HIPAA, and other federal laws relating to employee benefits matters.
Greg Hare, Esq.
Ogletree Deakins
Greg Hare has been an employment lawyer at Ogletree Deakins his entire career – nearly 35 years – ever since 1991. He assists companies with agency charges and employment-related lawsuits claiming wrongful termination, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, retaliation and wage payment disputes. He provides advice on HR topics like employee discipline and discharge, non-compete agreements, leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations, and severance planning. Mr. Hare also counsels clients on traditional labor relations matters involving unions, protected concerted activity, and other NLRB matters.
