Melissa brings more than 15 years of experience in global compensation and equity strategy. She is known for her ability to translate complex pay concepts into practical solutions that connect people, performance, and culture.
Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex executive pay issues, design sustainable global reward processes, and build high-impact organizations that balance shareholder, employee, and community value.
