Lisa Barwick has 20 plus years of experience influencing compensation decisions in both management and individual contributor roles. In her current role as Client Manager, she helps companies leverage technology in the design, development and communication of compensation programs. She graduated from Auburn University with a BA and MA in Communication with a focus in Organizational Communication.
Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in 2012, Lisa Beyer spent more than 20 years in communications and human resources consulting. She began her career with Edelman Worldwide public relations in Chicago, managed internal communications for Nalco Ondeo in Naperville, Illinois and later consulted for Hewitt Associates in Lincolnshire, Illinois. For several years, she consulted for large and mid-market clients as the owner of Beyer Communications.
